During the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 maps and navigation apps on the Android platform in Algeria showed varying trends in downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the performance of these apps, providing insights into their popularity and user engagement.

Yassir - Ride, Eat & Shop experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 66K in the first week of January and dropping to around 38K by the end of March. Weekly active users also saw a decrease, from 324K at the beginning of the quarter to about 277K in the final week.

Heetch - Ride-hailing app maintained a relatively stable download rate early in the quarter, with figures around 17K to 18K, but saw a decline in March, ending with approximately 10K downloads. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 136K and decreasing to 111K by the end of the quarter.
